We aim to despatch all orders within 24/48 hours of receipt of order, however please allow 4-5 working days for delivery within the UK and 7-10 working days for outside the UK. If items are out of stock, you will be notified by phone or by e-mail. We use a reliable delivery service with full tracking details, a signature will be required on delivery. 

If an item is unsuitable it can be returned for an exchange or refund. Please ensure that goods have been returned unworn/unwashed along with tags intact for a refund within 7 days of receipt. All costs of returning the goods will be incurred by the customer and delivery charges will be payable again once the replacement goods are despatched from our warehouse.

In the case of a refund, we can only refund the cost of goods and not the postage and packaging charge.

During any sale period, an exchange will only be made within the sale period subject to availability.
